I had every homeowners worst nightmare…sewage drain backup in my basement. While this was less than ideal, everyone at Zehr Restorations was phenomenal! Evan got back to me in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. Billy and Rob were great to work with and explained the process. They were helpful and friendly. While I’m hoping to never have these sewer problems again, I will definitely use Zehr again and be sure to refer them to friends and family!

We had such a great experience with Zehr Restoration! They restored our half bathroom and entryway after water damage, and we honestly couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The quality of the work was excellent, but what really stood out was how much they cared throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond and even added a few personal touches that made the finished project feel extra special. Billy Tiscenko did an amazing job leading our project. He was always quick to communicate, kept us updated, and really listened to the things that were important to us. It never felt like we were "just another job." We also really appreciated Evan Legacy, who was working behind the scenes. He made a point to check in with us and make sure we were happy with how everything was going. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. We can't say enough about how happy we are with both the experience and the final result.
